Do you have a positive management mindset?

Managing people can be hard work, frustrating and at times a little confusing. That is certainly how I felt when I first started managing people. It was overwhelming and I lacked confidence in my abilities to be a good manager. However, it took just a couple of early 'successes' that made me realise that being a great manager is 70% confidence and 30% skill. So as my confidence grew so did my ability as a manager.
