I can now officially call myself a podcaster. My podcast, Women in Confidence, is now live and out there for the world to hear on all the major distributors. It has taken some time to get to this point; I had the idea much earlier this year and I took the time to build on the idea, do some research around what a good podcast is and what it takes to run a podcast (surprisingly more than I thought).
I knew I wanted to run a podcast for working women who want to know more about where their confidence supports them and where it can let them down in their careers. I already had access to an amazing network of smart, ambitious and successful women who could share their career stories with my audience. I also knew I wanted to make the podcast more than just an interview - I wanted to share helpful and practical hints, tips and practices that people could take away and implement into their working lives.
So after extensive post it note exercises, calling on some technical help from my friends and a few moments of losing my shizzle with my computer - Women in Confidence was born and is now a big part of my life.
I have met some amazing women with some incredible stories to tell and there are plenty more signed up and ready to record. A new episode will be released every fortnight.
If you want to take part in the podcast or know someone who would make a perfect guest please, please send me an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
